How does your luggage storage service work?

It's simple! When you arrive, you pick your own locker, and we provide you with a secure combination lock. You get to set your own 4 digit combo, ensuring that only you have access to your belongings. Choose a storage duration (daily, weekly, or monthly), lock up your bags, and enjoy your holiday worry-free. Pick up your luggage whenever you're ready!

Is my luggage safe?

Yes! Our storage facility is monitored 24/7 with security cameras and only authorized staff can access the stored luggage.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking in advance ensures your spot is reserved, especially during peak travel seasons. If you’d like to book ahead or have any questions, feel free to email us at contact@samuiluggagestorage.com or reach out on WhatsApp: +66 065 028 4783.

What happens if I don’t pick up my luggage on time?

If your luggage is not picked up on time, we will hold it for an additional 7 days, but extra charges may apply. After that, we will follow our unclaimed luggage policy.

What types of bags can I store?

We accept suitcases, backpacks, duffel bags, and even oversized items like surfboards (extra charge may apply). Contact us if you're unsure!
