Terms & conditions

These terms apply to storage and related services provided by Samui Luggage Storage Co., Ltd. in Chaweng, Koh Samui. By storing items with us you accept them.

1. Services

We provide daily bag storage, monthly locker rental, private self storage rooms, shower rooms, and related services at the counter during opening hours (10:00–19:00 daily).

2. Payment

Payment is made at the counter. Reservations require no card and no deposit.

3. What may not be stored

Nothing illegal, alive, perishable or flammable may be stored. Ask us if you are unsure about an item.

4. Drop-off and collection

Drop-offs are logged against your passport, and only you can collect your items. Oversized items may carry an extra charge. Collection outside opening hours must be arranged in advance.

5. Uncollected items

Items not collected on time are held for an additional 7 days; extra charges may apply. After that, our unclaimed luggage policy applies.

6. Self storage rooms

Rooms are rented by the month, with a one-month minimum and 30 days notice to end the rental after the first month. Access is during opening hours.

7. Liability

We do not accept liability for loss of or damage to stored items unless liability has been agreed with you in a written contract. That kind of written agreement is available for long-term storage; ask us before you store.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
